How many of your subscriptions are members of alliances with logos waiting to be put into the game? Count them, that's how many unhappy customers you have today.
After years of not implementing alliance logos into the game, CCP offers alliances a new carrot. This new carrot is the latest method for submitting alliance logos. Alliances assumed that with this new method, we would see our logo in the next expansion. We were wrong, again.
CCP, we are your paying customers. And while many of us will continue to open our wallets and enjoy the game for what it is, we do expect promises of service to be followed up by implementation of said service. This is a common expectation in any business/customer relationship.
What are you going to do to create more satisfied customers?

CCP, under what circumstances was this alliance's logo accepted when so many other alliances, with member counts in the hundreds and thousands, did not receive their logo?

Our alliance leader got a message the other day about Primary's logo submission:

Please accept my sincere apologies regarding this late reply.
According to our alliance logo submission process, the first stage approval of your alliance logo isnĘt a guarantee that it will be put into the game. Logos that do not appear in game after the next deployment cycle are the result of a rejection by one or more departments and would need to be resubmitted per the guidelines outlined on this page: http://wiki.eveonline.com/wiki/Alliance_logo_submission_process
Once your alliance has met these requirements, please respond to this petition or resubmit your request for approval.
His very apt response:

It seems that ours and many other alliances have had their logo rejected for reasons unknown and then weren't told about it. What approval is needed after the first stage? How can we be informed of rejection? More importantly, how can we be informed of the reason for rejection so that a correction can be made?
The wiki article hasn't been updated since Feb. 3rd. Perhaps an update is required to make things clearer for your customer base?
I do hope to have some sort of CCP response. Ignoring thousands of your customers with silence is not very good customer support.
